We're Transitioning to myClinicalExchange

Life Care Centers of America and all of its facilities will be transitioning from our current Student Connection platform over to the myClinicalExchange platform.

Beginning on Monday, July 20th, 2026, the myClinicalExchange platform will open up for all academic coordinators to begin submitting placement requests to our facilities.

Life Care Centers of America will officially be fully live and functioning in the myClinicalExchange platform effective Monday, August 3rd, 2026.

In the effort to ensure a smooth transition and avoid any duplicate requests from your end, we have put a pause on new placement requests until the transition to the myClinicalExchange platform is complete.

If you have any questions or concerns, or haven’t received the email that has been sent out for your school to get registered with myClinicalExchange, please email Lauren_Blackwell@lcca.com.
